dead radio and clock on 242 Ti 200 1983

I have a mint condition completely stock 242 Ti. About 4 months ago the radio and power antenna went dead, and were tentatively identified as a power circuit problem by a mechanic. Fuses are good, wiring to antenna is good, antenna is fairly new, though I have not checked the radio wiring under dash yet I have no reason to believe there is a problem. At the same time the clock quit too. I have checked all connectors for corrosion, etc and am stumped. Any ideas on what to look for, and particularly what I need to do to repair properly?

Thanks!
