I just cleaned my throttle body last weekend. It wasn't hard to do, just follow the directions previously mentioned. (that's what I did) I got a gasket from a Volvo dealer. It was around $4.50. Also be careful spraying the carb/throttle body cleaner, it really stings if it gets in your eyes. Good luck.
