I have a delay in my car when the key is turned to when the idiot lights come on. When the lights are out, the car won't start. Once they come on, the car will start. The colder it is, the longer it takes. I think it is related to the fuel pump relay, middle row left side. I might take it out and resolder it, again. It could also be the connectors in the socket. Check yours to see if it's the same problem.
