Actually, It's considerably easier on the 700's. Those top two bolts can be undone with an ordinary wrench but you have to undo them before you drop the transmission mount. You only have enough clearance when the engine is in the right (normal) position. Also you may find it easier to remove the distributor so that you can lower the transmission much further (ie: camshaft cover touching the firewall). Once you lower the tranny, all the other bolts are easy access, then remove the tranny. It is quite heavy but you can bear the weight on your chest (wear a heavy sweater or jacket so it doesn't hurt.) I would also suggest replacing the rear main seal while you're in there.
