Re: Water on the floor 200 82

I realize the outer piece of the windshield is just a piece of trim. Actually, I had the windshield replaced about 1.5-2 years ago. At that point I noticed it leaking so badly, I could find wet spots on the top of the dash, not just underneath. They came out and "fixed" it by caulking the hell out of a couple spots. I suspect the original install wasn't done very well and is causing the current problem. If I look under the dash, I can see it dripping from the wiper linkage. I can't trace it any farther after that becuase it disappears up inside the body. I believe the install was lifetime guaranteed. At this point, I think I'll get them to come back and start from scratch. I know it's no leaking from the fresh air vent because I sealed that up with duct tape one day and waited for rain. It still leaked. Thanks again. If you think of anything else I would appreciate it.
