US 240s use a cable clutch. If your car is righty drive with a hydraulic

clutch then maybe you need the clutch bled. Even though it doesn't pump

up deoesn't mean the fluid is OK. The fluid in there could be ancient and horrid. There may also be an adjustment on the arm that connects the

clutch master cylinder to the pedal. Try checking that adjustment, also.

That may be all it needs. The arm that attaches to the pedal is an adjustable clevis.
