Duck:

The 240 seat's position on the rear is adjusted by taking it out completely (4 bolts) and removing the bolts under the rail carraige and placing them in one of the 3 sets of holes (low,med,high). It's a snap for the driver's side (reach in from the rear while the seat is in the car),for the passenger's side,you need to completely take out the seat. Good luck, Genaro.
