Hi Heather:

I have an 89 240 that has similar problems...use the FAQ section of the 700 series in the Brickboard archives to look up the codes for engine diagnosis. Our 240's have the same non-turbo engine as the 700's. From the fault code, the next step is to write us here again with the 3 digit codes. We'll try to help you keep Calypso on the road as she was meant to be. Hasta luego, Genaro.
