Haynes is OK, but you must be alert to "regional" issues. For example, the 240 main schematic shows certain wiring configurations for European versions, and the North American variations are tucked away as addendums on the right of the main schematic. Many folks miss this and become frustrated with their "wrong" schematics.
Chiltons might be good as a door stop, though the pages are so flimsy they'll flop in the breeze. Maybe it'd be OK in the bathroom.
