A few quick comments:

Personally, I would not use the heavy duty engine mounts. 240’s OE factory engine mounts are soft for a reason. I believe the heavy duty mounts will cause more engine vibration and harshness than you would like. Plus, they may be for the Diesel engines anyway. Check that out. Volvo mounts are the best but I don’t believe they are available. Haven’t changed 240 mounts in years, but I’m sure someone else will chime in with the best available mounts.

Yes, get a new half moon.
