O2 sensors - interchangeable ? 200

1993 Volvo 240 B230F non egr - need an o2 sensor. I see 2 listed Bosch 13034 3 wire and 13308 heated 3 wire. Are they interchangeable - that is, are the harnesses the same?

Which one is preferred. Thanks for the advice
