CAT - O2 SENSOR QUESTION 200

93 Volvo 240 - CAT has flex flange - pipes in and out are rusted so needs replacing.
Is it simply a matter of replacing the direct fit unit and then unplugging and replugging the sensor on the CAT?

Any issues to be aware of - check engine light etc.

No lights or issues at present - old units pipes are just rusted out and beyond repair but CAT unit itself is intact and getting no lights.
