240's still pop up on TV a lot, don't they? Another testament to their longevity, I guess.

There is a Showtime series with Bryan Cranston, Your Honor, in which someone is killed in a hit and run by a 245. A definite departure from the happy, dog loving 240 driver.

Sadly the car is crushed to destroy the evidence. No CGI involved here.

If it's any consolation, it was a real beater.
