Under the clamping force of being bolted down, it will probably straighten right out. However, if you are worried, I'd just get a new gasket, since the job to replace is somewhat labor intensive.

Most of the head jobs I've done, I've found that I over worried many aspects of the work and they've all turned out fine. The tolerances aren't quite as critical as you might think. Not sending a man to the moon.
