240 maintenance 200 1989

Hi,

My 1989 240 SW (manual transmission) is running fine, but it hasn't been getting much road time.

Other than regular oil changes, air filter replacements, and brake inspections, what sorts of routine maintenance should be performed. The mileage is approximately 250K.
