anyone have template for making rear cam stay bracket?

I found the image below in one of Bruce Young's replies but I think it was originally from Don Foster.

Edit: It is Foster's image but it was uploaded by rstarkie.

You can dope out the overall dimensions on your own.

Material? Maybe .080" to .125" aluminum or, I don't know what gauge, galvanized steel. Anyone? I thought maybe a short length of plumber's strap might work if the holes just happen to fall in the right place but I've never checked.

I think this is a B230 head in the pic. B21/23 doesn't have the tapped holes, IIRC. Someone correct that if I'm wrong.
