Low speed shaking when coming to a stop. 200

Tough to get a feel from the description. Could be as Ad Blues stated... A 'U' Joint that has lost all it's needle bearings that it bangs around at acceleration as well as deceleration.
Could be loose Lug nuts on a tire or two. Same symptom; it knocks around until you get a speed going.

Could be a slightly warped Brake Rotor.
