Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir 200

Hello,

I ordered a whole brake master cylinder assembly (genuine Volvo) from eEuroparts, which I think is related to FCPGROTON (same location).

I compared the unit with what I have on my 1991 Volvo 240. The master cyllinder was same. However, the plastic reservoir on top of it was different. What is on car now has a triangular shape with electronic plug on top where wires connect.

What I bought was a simple rectangular shape plastic bottle with nothing on it.

The package of the new master cylinder box was written as follows:

Volvo
8111006
Brake Cylinder, Exch
Made in Sweden

Did I get a wrong one? Does this have anything to do with ABS? I thought my car was without ABS.
