old car , engine flush 140-160 1971

Look here....http://www.auto-rx.com/

This stuff really works and has been used to clean up many a sludged up 95 SAAB turbo. I had a 240 that used oil. It no longer uses a drop. It does it slowly though, which is safer. It uses esters not solvents. Not cheap but, it is the real deal. When you call them, most times you talk to the owner/inventor. And the reviews? They are real too. I have not found one bad review on this product except for some putz with a hopeless Mitsubishi turbo that was beyond hope.

I am in the process of doing a "clean" cycle on my 1993 940 T. It uses oil too but, not for long. Once the "clean " cycle is through (one oil change cycle)you then change oil and filter for the "rinse" cycle. That is when the oil consumption stops. Standard procedure is two bottles of auto RX in with a new oil change, and change the filter at 1500 miles with dino (castrolgtx) oil. then run it for another 1500 miles and change the oil.
