But, since you gave us NO car information be aware, you need a lot when calling them as there are potentially three different racks on your Volvo. At a minimum you need the secondary data plate information but you realistically also need a visual inspection of the rack.
Pre 1993 it is likely only TRW or CAM that can usually be identified by the rack boot ends if original. !993 and up adds Koyo to the mix and the only bulletproof way to identify those is looking at the host to rack connections (or the convenient placard on the rack itself if still intact).
