found 2 leaking spots

Hi All,

OK, I have to make this short. One of our family member crashed the car while back and decided to put back together using long screws. I was upset but now I am more upset the fact I let it go instead of fixing it using zip ties.

So, it looks like I got screwed. :) Long screws rubbed against the high AC pressure line. There are 2 holes. Can I possibly weld this spots using a TIG welder and be able to keep the line? It will be done on the bench but I wonder if the diameter hole will change and effect the AC pressure.

One more hole on top of the line.

It looks like this high pressure line runs from the AC condenser all the way to the fire wall. How can I pull this line to disconnect?

Thank you as always.
