960 1996 speedometer stopped twice 900 1996

Twice this week my speedometer stopped. I
Shut off the car and it restarted. Any ideas if
I need to rewire or need a new capacitor asking
Because I saw a web note on the 700 series
About that. Other question is - if rewiring is
Needed where is the connection? Rear?
Since RWD? ANY KNOWLEDGE will be much
Appreciated. Pls help. Thank you.
