O2 sensor power?

Sorry, Art.
Get too terse typing on phone:
1) check engine light comes on
2) code is 2-1-2, reset , but comes back on, engine seems to be running fine, good mileage, etc.
3) get new O2 sensor, replace old one
4) reset codes, but comes back after couple miles; 2-1-2
5) test with meter at connection, no power coming to sensor
6) fuse at fuse box in passenger compartment looks ok
Is there a relay?
Can't make from Bentley wiring diagram
Suppose I should check fuse and fuse box, but where else?
