Quick questions - Apologies, just realized Lazarus Thread 200 1991

Maybe they aren't rubber, but they feel like it. Here is a comparison shot of the old bushing removed from a '92 244, and a new bushing that according to the part number is for the shift linkage on a 960. They appear identical to me, right down to the little injection mold thingy. I went ahead and installed the new one, it was a perfect fit and not hard at all to squeeze in there:

As for the D24 version of the adjuster sleeve - seeing as I don't have a plan to own a D24 any time soon, and I'm down an adjuster sleeve, I went ahead and "converted" it to a B230F version using my vice and a couple gentle taps with a mallet. It's hard to tell from the photo, but the angle is very close:

Thanks Art for the suggestion of using some fiber/nylon washers to replace the black ring. I'm going to repair the original adjuster sleeve so that I'll have a spare for next time this happens.
