Good find - that is just the one I was referring to. Looks like it's a choice between "catalyzed truck bed liner paint" and SEM dark grey bumper paint.

On a quick Google on this Catalyzed bed liner paint, this company on Long Island came up and looked interesting. It is a roll on product.
