Given that the brakelines don't interchange - at all - between 1965 and 1973, the seller seems misinformed at best. Or they're scamming.

Likely not DOT compliant.

I'd recommend against buying the cheapest brake parts available. The good stuff is readily available and really isn't that expensive.
