So the horn in American English?

Not sure on a 1993 but on some years there was a phillips (cross, X, whatever) screw on the back to adjust tone but the real purpose is a to break the rust free. If you have them, turn a half turn in...one blast of the horn, turn a 1/4 turn back out...blast of the horn,. If that does not work feel free to go nuts trying further in either direction because likely they are both totally dead.
