This is the first post of yours I've read so I don't know what else you've done.
Though you said you are getting spark, just to be sure, how are the plugs, wires, cap and rotor? Did you test the battery, starter and coil?
Have you been cranking it repeatedly? If so, you might have flooded it. You could pull a plug and check to see if it soaked. Or you could simply floor it and crank that puppy for a couple of minutes to see if that works. That will force more air into the mixture and will help if it's indeed flooded.
