90 240 low pressure power steering hose replacement type

Hello, I'm looking for a suitable replacement for the suction hose from power steering reservoir to pump. It's the thicker of the two hoses, I believe other thinner hose goes to steering rack. What's the inner diameter and a correct SAE type hose? Any experience with auto parts cut by the foot hoses, good or bad? Thanks!
