My last "score of the year"" re: 130 rear window seals...
Six months ago I drug home and stripped a '69 2 Dr Amazon, B20/J-overdrive, built in NS, Canada...
It had been sitting behind a repair shop, under cover but on bare ground, for about 7 years because of non-payment of the repair bill for brake work...When parked, it had had it's engine/trans/OD recently rebuilt, what was once a very nice interior with nice chrome recliners, column ignition lock, correct OD switch/indicator, excellent under-dash pad and later steering wheel, cable clutch, etc. Frame was not worth saving, tho' the body panels were mostly in pretty good shape...
One of the last things that must have been done to the car before abandonment was to replace the rear window popout seals...Other than a scant amount of red overspray, and very slight latch impressions, they are virtually flawless, zero cracks, zero rubber damage, look "newish".
As I have no need for these now or in the foreseeable future, I would be happy to make them available to whoever has an interesting offer.
Thanks in advance,
Michael in NH
