Matt B has it right that you'd have to weld an entire roof (cut the posts) to accomplish what you want. A 242 roof should be doable for you. 140 and 240 wagons never had a factory sunroof. I did once fix up for sale a 245 that had a custom power sunroof with heavily tinted glass and stainless trim that worked real well and looked to be a quality installation. I think it was done by an outfit in the Bronx in NYC. -- Dave
