123 Distributor 120-130

I recall you did suggest the 'e' curve. I spoke to John from VPD who said the 'C' curve was the setting to use and considering he built the motor I hoped he would know best.
In the end with the 123 I did try different settings and they either slightly improved or got worse including the E setting.
Parker would not give out the cam specs so I was left to figuring this out on my own based on driving daily trying different things out.
In the end I took the old Bosch and stuck it in and today adjusted it about 2 more degrees and the car is the best it has run yet with the new motor.
I'm not going back to the 123 but will contact the manufacturer and see if they offer a warrantee or replacement or money back. If I go through parker nothing will come from it expect wasted time and tons of it.
Your right about the money too. In the beginning I had high hopes for everything I was doing. John Parker was a total let down, this distributor has been a total head ache but these SU carbs boy they keep humming along, took a bit of getting to know them but I like them allot now.
To Parkers credit this motor does have guts. Its oil pressure is a bit wonky though, goes as high as 80 PSI at initial start up and after it is completely warmed up and after some miles of driving, at idle the pressure will come down as low as 20 psi at 900 RPM. Anything above 1200 RPM and the pressure is above 50 PSI. The engine also lost oil somewhere in the past 2000 miles, the dip stick is down from the full line to the add oil line, no big leaks so I'm curious if its going out the valve guides.
Anyway, thanks for your help.
