Trailer wiring converter?

Hi Dan,

I installed a Modulite "Lite" and it works fine for the electrical needs for light trailers pulled by my wagon. You can splice the wires into the bulb circuits without worrying about the bulb out sensor and the plug stays under the rear center lift-off panel. I believe I did run power all the way to the fuse box via the door sills. There's enough lead on the plug and it slips out easily under the tailgate when it's needed.

Now the few times I've used it, it was with small utility trailers rented from U-Haul for motorcycles. Don't know how it would work with greater current demanding trailer lights.

Marty
