The brake warning valve assembly is not supposed to leak when you remove the switch. So that means that at least one of the seals is leaking and the assembly needs to be repaired or replaced.

Volvo never sold a rebuild kit for the warning valve assembly, but there are only 2 small o-rings that can go bad and we have sourced brake fluid compatible replacement o-rings if you are interested.

We also have rebuilt 4 piston calipers in stock.
