Check for pulley misalignment. If the alternator or A/C pulleys are crooked, then the rubber bushings holding the units to the engine frames are smashed flat. The P/S pump has an aluminum bracket that can wear at the holes and allow similar misalignment. Easy fix in both cases: new rubber bushings or a new bracket from the dealer. Consider buying polyurethane bushings from IPDUSA or FCPGroton since they seem to last longer.
