If you purchased every special tool for every make of vehicle you would need Fort Knox to finance you. All mechanics use basic universal tools and their skills to effect repairs. Special tools are sold to the dealers and gather dust on their shelves. You would have engine shops machine your parts so micrometers and measuring equpment arn,t needed. You can purchase tools online cheap.
