On second thought... 120-130

I've had some fair experience with frozen motors. Using ATF is good. With the transmission off put a bellhousing bolt back into the block and use it as a lever point to turn the motor by the ring gear. That method gives you a great deal of leverage. Getting a GT6 motor totally frozen from 10 years in an open shed to rotate and start in 2 days was my greatest "triumph". Work the crank back and forth one flywheel notch at a time. -- Dave
