PAL fuse box

"I can't tell...I think maybe the info on the inside panel is from another car."

This has been mentioned before and even Art B jumped in on the discussion. It is possible that they were assembling the last of the US market cars (non-classics) out of the remaining parts bin. It is almost positive that that there are cars without the companion fuse block built in 1993.

"Shouldn't there be a 30 or a 60 or something for the more power needy systems (ABS, etc.) ??? just curious..."

How did they get by in '91 and '92 without them? I would suggest getting a wiring diagram for a US 1992 with ABS and see if the lines up with your fuse block locations and circuit layout. Also, search for a similar discussion beause it has potted up often enough I remember it. There seems to be and "early" and "late" production run with mostly undocumented changes between them.
