By high strength, do you mean either grade 5 or 8?

I would also recommend, to avoid galling, especially in an aluminum part, to use anti seize on the threads. I use it pretty liberally just about everywhere, just recently on the faces of the exhaust gasket on a small B&S motor. The old one was glued on so it was hard to tell where the gasket stopped and the block started.
