If it has twelve volts in the wire when the engine is running then I would say use it. It cannot hurt as it will just warm up the sensor sooner.

Besides you pay buck ola's for the stupid thing.

You could have purchased a ceramic heater to set on the car seat for what you paid tiny thing!

I do not go that route and just buy a universal one. Shame as there is no return on electrical items.

Enjoy! As it looks good for state inspections that it all looks hooked up.
