timing belt broke-now going to replace

No damage if you turn them. Just go by the FAQs, Mike's site and align the marks. Note, when you remove the crank pulley, you will see a "nub" that the crank pulley(has a notch) that rides there. Or your pulley will wobble and you'll be back tearing it apart.
