Crankshaft, pistons, and cam for 2.1 200 1982

Rebuilder tells me he can't get parts (including crank kit, pistons, and camshaft) for my 1982 Volvo GL wagon. I find that hard to believe. Does someone here have a source they are willing to share for parts to buy?
