b18/b20 Combo To Much Compression?

Should have also used the B20E/F head.
In any case you should check the compression, or get the B20 head and then check it.
The oil coming out of the valve cover is a PCV situation, not compression.
Be sure that your PCV system is working right and not clogged up.
That will reduce crankcase pressure.
