assuming it's the inner tie rod, ok, plus alignment. the outer, no, it's too high, unless it ORIGINALLY included the alignment.

the alignment should not have been done if there was any play in the steering. pay the checkout fee, usually no charge as it's pretty easy to spot, come back when you are ready for the repair and alignment within 30 days, pay for that and the checkout fee paid on the first visit is deducted, is the way i would've done it. good luck, chuck.
