The cam gears marks in your photos are on the left at about 2:30 and the right about 11:30.
The crank shaft timing mark lines up with a casted line on the oil pump, move the cams to their marks and look down at the crank, look for a line between the timing belt and the serp pulley, it is real tight to look in there. If not rotate again and line up.
I have a pic of the crank shaft marks, but never had success in up loading into a response.
