Especially with a marine carb this will not be much of an upgrade.
It may also have a marine cam, which is not optimum for automotive use.
You will also have to get an oil pan, an oil pump and fab motor mounts to set it upright.
Bob Foltz has a later engine in his 1800 and could probably give you some info.
