For the 90 you want a 951 ECU (last three digits and a white label) if you have anything else in there. That is not hard to find in 89-93 240s or 90-92 740s, but a 946, 933 or others from later LH 2.4 cars will work fine. As for alternator brushes, any similar 2 or 7 series might have long ones. The FPR and CPS are about $35-50 and I would buy new from FCP or similar vendor. Bosch on every item mentioned. Maybe aftermarket brushes are easier to find.
