Fuse 7 looked good. What? Should be an 8A white, not 16A. This what I found when I took it out.

I know the PO had lots of problems with the tail lights and I replaced the shorted flex circuit board.

While cleaning and greasing the fuse holder I decided to replace the aluminum fuses with copper and found about half the fuses over sized. (I do know the mechanic from hell that worked on it.)
