Vertical Kingpin Play... 444-544

I'm tearing into the passenger side suspension/axle of the '57pv... cleaning and greasing... drivers side looked good, but the passenger side steering knuckle has +/- 2mm or so of vertical play, parallel with the kingpin. No real slop perpendicular to the kingpin... will this be a kingpin replacement? In the diagram I see a stop screw, and a kingpin stop screw... will any of these help me?
