M47 clutch 200 1989

I'm getting closer to solving the problem, I think. When I looked under there by the clutch cable adjustment screw, it was adjusted to the max. Might be worn out? There is also a square rubber boot by the fork that is bent out of sorts and doesn't look like it is sealed properly. I tried to straighten it out, but it needs to be replaced. Are these dealer only parts? How hard is it to replace? Does anyone have pics of what a proper m47 should look like there? Should there be a return spring? I didn't see one. Basically it's hard getting into 1st and reverse likes to grind.... New clutch maybe? Pressure plate?
